Local residents were given only six business days to digest thousands of changes to the plan\, and they need more time to review and provide comment. \nRegistration to speak opens at 9:00 AM on Wednesday\, February 12\, and closes at 9:00 AM on Thursday\, February 13. \nEven if you do not wish to speak\, please try to attend. It is important for the city council to see how many Austinites are concerned about the rezoning plan!
